1. Acceptance of Terms
Twelf Pte. Ltd. (“Twelf”) delivers access to RocketDoor and related services (“Services”) to customers subject to these Terms of Use.
These Terms are in addition to any separate Services Agreement, Order Form, or other legally binding agreement entered into between you and Twelf. In the event of any conflict, the applicable Services Agreement shall prevail.
2. Services
Twelf provides online access to RocketDoor through:
- Official web applications
- Mobile applications
- API products and integrations
Access to the Services is subject to the limits and features of your subscribed tier, including Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
Subscription limitations may include:
- Number of Authorized Users
- Satellite insight configurations
- Storage and API usage limits
- Workspace or collaboration features
3. Limited License & Restrictions
Limited License
Twelf grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Authorized Users to access RocketDoor solely for internal business purposes.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain RocketDoor source code
- Use the Services to build or support a competing product
- Share login credentials across multiple individuals
- Use third-party AI tools in a manner that circumvents Twelf subscription requirements
4. Content, Inputs & Outputs
Definitions
- Input: Data, files, prompts, or content submitted by customers
- Output: AI-generated insights, summaries, reports, and analysis generated by RocketDoor
- Twelf Content: Platform interface, algorithms, workflows, and proprietary systems
Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all submitted Inputs.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Twelf assigns to customers all rights, title, and interest in Outputs generated specifically for their use.
Use of Customer Content
Twelf uses customer content solely for the purpose of delivering and supporting the Services.
Twelf does not use customer content to train foundational machine learning models without explicit written consent.
5. Artificial Intelligence & Accuracy
RocketDoor utilizes generative AI and neuro-symbolic technology to produce insights and analysis.
AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or hallucinated content.

- Customers are responsible for verifying AI-generated information
- Outputs should not be interpreted as legal, medical, or financial advice
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Customers and Authorized Users must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
Twelf’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Twelf disclaims all warranties, including warranties of:
- Accuracy
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Twelf shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs or interruptions to the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Marketing
Twelf may use a customer’s company name and/or logo in general customer lists and marketing materials.
Customers may opt out at any time by sending written notice to support@twelf.ai.
